Mynt.fun is a Solana-based launchpad that allows users to create, launch, and manage different types of tokens (including meme, tech, charity, and personality tokens). We provide token creation tools, automatic project website and Telegram group setup, and community engagement features.

2. Eligibility

You may use Mynt.fun only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using blockchain services under applicable law
• You are not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction

3. Wallet Connection & Responsibility

• You must connect a compatible Solana wallet to use our Services.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet’s private keys and recovery phrases.
• All transactions initiated via your wallet are deemed authorized by you.

4. Token Creation & Launches

When creating a token on Mynt.fun, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of the token and its associated project.
• You will not use our Services to launch tokens that involve scams, fraud, illegal activity, or misleading claims.
• Mynt.fun does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any project launched on the platform.
• You assume full responsibility for any losses or legal consequences from your project.

5. Fees & Rewards

• Mynt.fun charges a 1.5% transaction fee on eligible token transactions once the fee trigger conditions are met.
• Fees are distributed among the platform, token creator, token holders, buyback pool, and top yappers according to our Fee & Rewards Policy.
• Rewards are calculated and distributed based on platform-defined schedules, which may change over time.
• All rewards are paid in cryptocurrency and subject to blockchain network conditions.

6. Leaderboards & Promotions

• The Top Yappers leaderboard is based on user engagement and tagging Mynt on X.
• Spam, fake accounts, or manipulation will result in disqualification.
• Mynt reserves the right to adjust leaderboard criteria to ensure fairness

7. Buyback Program

• Buybacks are conducted gradually (DCA) over several days to avoid market manipulation.
• Tokens purchased may be burned or added to the treasury at Mynt's discretion.

8. Risk Disclaimer

By using Mynt.fun, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency and token launches are inherently risky and volatile.
• You may lose part or all of your investment.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Mynt.fun does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mynt.fun to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Launch or promote scams, Ponzi schemes, or rug pulls
• Upload or share harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or market manipulation

10. No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mynt.fun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
